That's easy. Podcasts fit perfectly into busy people's multi-tasking lifestyles. Want a way to make folding laundry, driving to work, grocery shopping or even, dare I say it, vacuuming fun? Podcasts are the answer! The ever-popular audio files have an infinite number of options to appeal to any interest. Couple that with the constantly updated material and voila!
Podcasts are also an easy way to gain knowledge. As I strive to add a little extra kindness and compassion to my life, I find myself intrigued by all things vegan. Listening to podcasts is an easy way to learn more about this amazing topic. There are TONS of podcast options out there (in all different lengths to match your time constraints/attention span) on this very topic, but here are 5 of the best.
