So I have spent December drinking these delicious dairy-free coffee blends from Coconut Cloud and I have to say, I am pleasantly surprised! I don’t usually drink instant or prepared coffee unless it’s a whipped dalgona but these taste like the real deal! I absolutely love the ingredients in these.

They look delicious right?! I’ve already finished the Original Happy Brain Coffee. I definitely have been caffeinated this week. You just add it to hot water and you’re ready to go. It’s so simple!
It’s sweetened with Organic Coconut Sugar so I drank this with 0 guilt. It isn’t too sweet though, which is perfect for me. I also love that there is the added MCT Oil Powder. Over 50% of the fat in coconut oil comes from MCTs. I’ve been incorporating MCT Oil into my diet because of all the health benefits! They’re more easily digestible than other fatty acids, promote wright loss, give us energy and reduce risks for heart disease!
The Unsweetened Happy Brain Coffee is similar but without the hint of coconut sugar. It is still delicious and I can barely tell it isn’t sweetened because the coconut milk powder is so creamy and flavorful.
And now for the breadwinner: The Dairy-Free Instant Mocha Frappe Mix!!! Who doesn’t love Frappuccinos?! I know we all had a phase where we were addicted to Starbucks frappes…. or was I the only one? Those drinks were loaded with sugar! I look back and wonder how I survived my childhood candy and sugar addiction. I have come a long way!
The texture is like a delicious frosty, without the dairy. It’s sweetened with Organic Cane Sugar and they add Cocoa to get that delicious Mocha flavor! I simply blended it with ice and nut milk. You can use water instead of ice if you’d like a lighter drink! I’d definitely go that way if pairing this with breakfast or a meal but I do love a creamy, milky drink as well so it is a really tough call! Either way, you will love it! It’s refreshing and absolutely delicious. Out of the three blends, this is the sweetest.
