Watermelon Coconut Milk Smoothie Refresher
Servings: 2
Ingredients:
- 2 cups watermelon chunks, frozen
- 3 TBSP of Coconut Cloud coconut milk creamer, either Vanilla or Original flavor
- ½ cup water (add a little less or little more as needed to achieve desired smoothie consistency)
- 1 TBSP of maple syrup, to taste (you may not want this if you have a really sweet watermelon!)
- A pinch of sea salt
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend/process until smooth, but still thick.
Pour into a glass and garnish with coconut flakes, mint leaves, extra watermelon, or whatever you’d like!
