Vegan Powerberry Smoothie
Ingredients:
- ½ cup frozen berry mix (we like the one with strawberries, blueberries, blackberries and kale)
- ¼ cup frozen acai berries
- ½ banana, sliced
- 1 TBS chia seeds
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ cup coconut water
- 1 stick pack of Coconut Cloud Original creamer or scoop some from your bag at home!
- Ice as needed
Directions:
Place all items in a high powered blender (we love to use the Ninja) and blend until just barely smooth. Then add in a little more ice or coconut water and blend again to desired consistency as needed. Enjoy!
