Vanilla Coconut Overnight Oats

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 3/4 cup Native Forest Organic Simple Coconut Milk
- 2 tbsp Let’s Do Organic Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp coconut yogurt
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/8 tsp fine sea salt
- Coconut whip or coconut yogurt, and coconut flakes to top
Method
- In an airtight jar, combine all the ingredients. Stir with a spoon until well incorporated.
- Place in the fridge overnight or for at least 2 hours.
- Top with coconut yogurt or coconut whipped cream and then coconut flakes.
- Enjoy!
