Vanilla Coconut Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup Native Forest Organic Simple Coconut Milk
  • 2 tbsp Let’s Do Organic Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp coconut yogurt
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp fine sea salt
  • Coconut whip or coconut yogurt, and coconut flakes to top

 

Method

  1. In an airtight jar, combine all the ingredients. Stir with a spoon until well incorporated.
  2. Place in the fridge overnight or for at least 2 hours.
  3. Top with coconut yogurt or coconut whipped cream and then coconut flakes.
  4. Enjoy!
