Peppermint Mocha (Vegan, Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free)
Feel festive and bright with our holiday spin on a mocha latte! It combines 2 of our favorite things: coffee and cocoa. A little dash of peppermint extract adds a subtle hint of cheer! If this doesn’t say curl up next to the fireplace, we don’t know what does. Plus, it’s easy to make - just stir all the ingredients together and you’re done!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup hot black coffee
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. Coconut Cloud Vegan Hot Cocoa mix
- 1/4 tsp. of pure peppermint extract
- 1/2 tsp. white sugar to taste (or sugar substitute like stevia)
Directions:
- Stir Coconut Cloud Vegan Hot Cocoa mix and peppermint extract into the hot coffee.
- Add sugar (optional) to taste. Stir vigorously and enjoy!
Tip: top with vegan whipped coconut cream for an extra creamy treat!
