Recipe: DIY Hot Chocolate Mix (Vegan)

How to Make DIY Hot Chocolate Mix

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/8 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup Coconut Cloud coconut milk creamer, Original or Vanilla flavor
  • 1/8 tsp fine salt
  • 1/4 tsp cornstarch
  • Small pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions for making the mix:

Simply combine all the ingredients together. You can do this by sifting, whisking or pulsing them briefly in a food processor. Once it is mixed up, the dry mix can be stored in an airtight container for up to a year and still be useable.

To make a cup of hot chocolate, just place two tablespoons of the DIY Hot Chocolate Mix in a 6-8 oz mug. Add hot water, stir, and enjoy!
