½ cup unpopped popcorn
14 ounces white candy melting chocolate
2 cups mini vegan marshmallows
4 ounces dairy free dark chocolate (or vegan chocolate chips)
Make your popcorn using an air popper or over the stove with a small amount of oil. *You can also use microwave popcorn for this, just use a lightly salted/plain version.
In a large bowl, combine the popcorn and marshmallows.
In a microwave safe bowl, melt the white candy melting chocolate on 15 second intervals until smooth and drizzle on top of your popcorn and marshmallow mix.
Spread the popcorn mixture out evenly on wax paper (either on the counter or on a baking sheet) and immediately sprinkle the hot cocoa mix on top of the popcorn mixture (so that it sticks to the melted white chocolate).
Then melt your dark chocolate and drizzle that on top of the popcorn. Let the chocolate set, and then snack and enjoy!
