Frozen Chai Tea Latte (Vegan)

Ingredients:

1 cup of nut milk (we like coconut or oat milk!)

2 TBSP chia seeds

1 TBSP hemp hearts

1-2 Medjool dates, pitted (*optional, this is if you like a sweeter frozen latte)

2 TBSP Coconut Cloud vegan Chai Tea Latte mix

½ cup ice cubes

**Optional**

Drop in a shot of espresso or replace ¼ cup of the nut milk with ¼ cup freshly brewed coffee for a frozen ‘dirty chai’.

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender, and blend until frosty and mostly smooth. *Add a splash more nut milk to make it less thick (if desired), or add a few more ice cubes as needed to make it thicker.

Sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy!
