Dairy-free Pickle Dip (Vegan, Gluten Free)

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces dairy free cream cheese
  • 4 ounces dairy free sour cream
  • ½ cup dill pickles, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons pickle juice
  • 2 teaspoons finely diced red onion
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon Old Bay seasoning powder
  • sea salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream.
  2. Add pickles (reserving 2 tablespoons for garnish), juice, onions, onion powder, and Old Bay while continuing to process until creamy. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Store in refrigerator until ready to eat; serve with chips and crisp vegetables.
