Copycat Starbucks Cranberry Bliss Bars (Vegan, GF)

Ingredients:
- 3 cups almond flour
- ¾ tsp powdered/ground ginger
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 3 TBSP water
- Zest of one orange
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- ½ cup pure maple syrup
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- ½ cup mini white chocolate chips
- Vegan cream cheese frosting *you can make this yourself (recipe here), or buy your favorite DF/vegan frosting from the store (like Miss Jones)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Line an 8 inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- Stir dry ingredients together, then add all the remaining ingredients (except for the frosting) so that a dough forms. Cranberries can be mixed into the dough or sprinkled on top (or a little of both!).
- Transfer the dough to your prepared pan, and use a second sheet of parchment to press it evenly down into the bottom of the pan. Bake for 12 minutes. Let cool completely before frosting.
- Frost and decorate with extra cranberries, a little orange zest if you’d like, and dairy free white chocolate chips!
