Ingredients:

  • 12 ounces fresh cranberries 340g bag
  • 1 cup prosecco
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 cups powdered sugar

Directions:

  1. Add cranberries to a medium bowl. Top with Prosecco and orange juice, making sure they’re fully submerged. Let them soak overnight in the refrigerator (or at least 8 hours) to absorb all that delicious flavor.
  2. Use a slotted spoon or colander to drain the cranberries, saving the juice for later (hello, cranberry mimosas or a simple syrup mixture!).
  3. Toss the drained cranberries in powdered sugar using a large Ziploc bag. Shake it like you’re on TikTok, making sure each cranberry is evenly coated.
  4. Spread the coated cranberries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 200°F for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Let the cranberries cool completely on the baking sheet or a wire rack before serving. Store in an airtight container to keep them fresh and fabulous.
