18 oz jar of marinara sauce
3 cups of vegetable broth
3.5 TBS of Coconut Cloud Original coconut creamer
1, 7 oz bag of alphabet pasta
(salt and pepper to taste)
*Optional: For toppings! Parsley, red pepper flakes, vegan cheese shreds, vegan sour cream, drizzle of olive oil, crackers, and crusty bread
Add all ingredients, except the Coconut Cloud creamer, to a pot and bring to a boil.
Once it reaches boiling, lower the heat to medium. Continue stirring so the past cooks evenly.
A few minutes before the pasta is tender and cooked through, stir the Coconut Cloud creamer powder into the hot soup with a whisk, so it incorporates fully and becomes creamy. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Once pasta is cooked and tender, serve soup immediately with toppings of your choice. Yum!
