3-minute Breakfast Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup hot water mixed with 3.5 TBS Coconut Cloud Vanilla creamer
1 ripe banana, sliced
1 cup frozen fruit (mixed medley)
1 TBSP coconut oil
1-2 TBSP chia seeds
1 tsp powdered ginger
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
