3 Ingredient Chocolate Peppermint Chia Pudding (Vegan)

1 ½ - 2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup nut milk/plant milk
2 tbsp Coconut Cloud Peppermint Hot Cocoa Mix
*Optional, any toppings of your choice (nuts, shredded coconut, chocolate chips, etc)

Heat your nut milk/plant milk for 30 seconds in the microwave (in a microwave safe container or bowl) until just warm.

Then pour your warmed plant milk into a mason jar or resealable container, along with the Coconut Cloud Peppermint hot cocoa mix, and stir vigorously (you can also put the lid on and shake the jar!).

Pour in your chia seeds and stir/shake again until just combined.

Refrigerate (with lid on/covered) for 1 to 24 hours (overnight is best!). Add any toppings you’d like before eating, and enjoy!
