2 Ingredient Dairy Free Mint Fudgesicles (vegan, gluten free)
Ingredients:
- 6 TBSP Coconut Cloud Peppermint Hot Cocoa mix
- 2 cups oatmilk, coconut milk, or dairy free milk of your choice
- *optional – vegan chocolate chips for mixing in
Directions:
Heat your dairy free milk in a microwave safe bowl or cup, in the microwave for 2 minutes or so, until very not but not quite boiling. You could do this in a saucepan over the stove as well. Combine with the hot cocoa mix and stir vigorously until well combined. Let sit until it comes to room temperature or is just warm. If you’d like, drop some chocolate chips into your molds at this time. Stir the cocoa mixture a final time and pour into popsicle molds of your choice. Freeze for 4-6 hours or until frozen all the way through. Unmold and enjoy!
