Recipe: Chocolate Chip Cookies (Vegan)

Is there anything better than a warm and gooey chocolate chip cookie?! Not in our book. Here's our take on the classic chocolate chip cookie you know and love, made vegan, of course!


  • 2/3 cup Coconut Karma coconut oil
  • 2/3 cup Wholesome Sweeteners Organic Fair Trade Sugar
  • 2/3 cup Wholesome Sweeteners Organic Fair Trade Light brown sugar
  • 2 TBSP Coconut Cloud Original Creamer mixed with 1/2 cup warm water
  • 2 tsp Rodelle Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 2 1/2 cups of Cup4Cup Gluten Free Flour Blend
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 bag Enjoy Life Dark Chocolate Morsels 


  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees
  2. In a large bowl, mix coconut oil and sugars until well blended. Stir in coconut milk and vanilla
  3. Gently stir in flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt until dough forms
  4. Stir in chocolate chips, QC checking the dough to make sure it is on point
  5. Drop dough in spoonfuls 2 inches apart onto an ungreased cookie sheet
  6. Bake 11 to 14 minutes until edges are crisp and center looks set. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheets and then place onto a cooling rack until you just can’t stand it anymore!
